Every module below started as something slowing down one of my own businesses. Each one runs on the same chassis, so nothing here is bolted on and nothing is an island.
The chassis itself. A scheduler wakes every job on time and pulls data in from the accounting platform, the marketplace, the spreadsheets and the inbox, into one database that every other module reads.
Why it exists: every useful automation dies without reliable data underneath it. This layer means the data collects itself, every day, before anyone is awake.
running in our own businesses todayLive cash position, a rolling 13 week runway, margins by service line, aged receivables, a weekly finance report, bank statement ingestion and independent checking of VAT returns before they are signed off.
Why it exists: most owners find out about a cash problem when it arrives. This module makes the numbers show up every week, checked, whether you asked or not.
running in our own businesses todayA live stock ledger, a customer facing stock portal, sales and shipping kept in sync, an AI agent that drafts replies to buyer messages, a delivery tracking loop and the paperwork pipeline for goods going out the door.
Why it exists: operations admin is where whole days quietly go. These are the exact tools that cut our own daily admin from most of a day to under two hours.
running in our own businesses todayA branded document renderer that turns plain text into finished PDFs: delivery notes, labels, letters, client packs. Replies to external messages arrive as ready to send drafts, and forms get filled and signed in minutes.
Why it exists: paperwork should take seconds and still look like it came from a company that cares. One renderer serves every brand we run.
running in our own businesses todayA dedicated marketing agent that drafts content in the operator's voice, a publishing pipeline with a quality gate before anything ships, a performance tracker, competitor research and outreach drafting.
Why it exists: consistent marketing is a full time job most operators do not have time to do. This module does the drafting and the discipline; a human still approves every word that goes out.
running in our own businesses todayCalls and voice notes transcribed on the machine itself, mined into debriefs where every claim is checked against the tape, action items captured and tracked, and a research harness for the deeper questions.
Why it exists: what gets agreed on calls is business data, and almost every business loses it. Nearly two hundred calls and voice notes are searchable in ours.
running in our own businesses todayThe whole system from a phone. The morning brief arrives as a message, questions get answered from the live database by voice or text, and approvals happen from wherever you are.
Why it exists: an operating system you can only use at a desk is not an operating system for an operator. The cockpit reads and asks freely; anything it writes is rail guarded and confirmed step by step.
running in our own businesses todayEach of these earns its place by removing a recurring human task or a recurring human error. Modules go in one at a time, each proven before the next one starts, and a module that is not earning its keep is switched off without affecting anything else. That is the point of the chassis. The System page shows what they all sit on.
