This is a small site run by one operator. There is no data team, no ad network and no appetite for collecting anything beyond what is needed to reply to you. Here is the whole picture, in plain English.
What this site collects
- Nothing automatically. There are no analytics scripts, no tracking pixels and no advertising tags on this site. The site does not set cookies.
- What you choose to send. If you share details through the form on the home page or by email, that will typically be a description of the work that eats your week, the type of business you run, and an email address to reply to.
What the information is used for
One thing: so I can read what you sent and come back to you personally with how I would approach it. That is the entire purpose. Your details are not added to a marketing list, not shared with anyone else, and never sold.
Where it lives and how long it stays
Anything you send ends up with me, Laurence, at Palladium AI. I keep correspondence for as long as we are talking, and after that only as long as ordinary business records require. If you want what you sent deleted, ask and it will be, promptly.
Third parties
- Fonts. This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google's servers. Google's own privacy policy applies to that request.
- Hosting. The site is hosted on Vercel, which serves the pages and keeps standard server logs, as almost every host does.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Email me and I will sort it, usually the same day.
Who to contact
Palladium AI is a trading name within the Electrum Group. For anything about your data, email laurence@palladiumai.co.uk.
