This is a small site run by one operator. There is no data team, no ad network and no appetite for collecting anything beyond what is needed to reply to you or send you the builds you ask for. Here is the whole picture, in plain English.
What this site collects
- Nothing automatically. There are no analytics scripts, no tracking pixels and no advertising tags on this site. The site does not set cookies.
- What you choose to send. There are no forms on this site. Clicking an email link here only opens a new message in your own email, and nothing reaches me unless you press send. When you do, I receive what any email carries. That is your email address, the name on your email account, the addresses of anyone you copy in, the subject line, what you write, anything you attach and any signature you add. Every email also carries the date and time it was sent and some technical details, such as the mail servers it passed through and, with some email providers, the internet address you sent it from.
What the information is used for
Only what you ask for. If you tell me where your time goes, I read it and come back to you personally with how I would approach it. If you ask to join the builds list, I use your email address to send you each new build as it ships. Writing to me about your business does not put you on that list. Only asking to join does. Your details are never sold and not shared with anyone else. My email provider, Hostinger, holds them on my behalf, and is listed under Third parties.
I rely on my legitimate interest in answering people who write to me, and on your consent for the builds list, which you give by asking to join and can take back with one reply.
Where it lives and how long it stays
Anything you send ends up with me, Laurence, at Palladium AI. I keep correspondence for as long as we are talking, and after that only as long as ordinary business records require. If you join the builds list, I keep your email address until you ask to come off it, and one reply saying stop is enough. If you want what you sent deleted, ask and it will be, promptly.
Third parties
- Fonts. This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google's servers. Google's own privacy policy applies to that request.
- Hosting. The site is hosted on Vercel, which serves the pages and keeps standard server logs, as almost every host does.
- Email. My email is hosted by Hostinger, so anything you email me is received and stored on their servers on my behalf.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected or erased, ask me to stop using it or to limit how I use it, and ask for a copy in a form you can take elsewhere. Email me and I will sort it, usually the same day. If you are unhappy with how I have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though I would rather you told me first so I can put it right.
