Thirteen years at Samsung taught me what a real operation looks like. Four businesses later I built the system to run them properly, and I'm still the one doing the work.
I spent thirteen years at Samsung before I went out on my own, selling, managing stock, sitting in rooms where the numbers actually got decided. It taught me what a real operation looks like from the inside, and how much of the week gets eaten by work that adds nothing.
Since then I've built the Electrum Group: four operating businesses, from electronics refurbishment to online retail to two AI consulting practices. Different products, different customers, the same underlying problem. Too much of my time went into admin, chasing, and remembering things a system should remember for me.
So I built one. Starky OS started as a way to keep my own companies honest, one place for the numbers, one engine that never forgets the morning brief, guardrails that stop me making the same mistake twice. It has been running in daily production for eighteen months across all four businesses, and it gets sharper every month because I'm the one relying on it.
I'm not offering you something I've only sold. I'm offering you the system I run my own money through. When it breaks, my stock and my invoices are on the line first, so I have every reason to get it right before it goes near yours.
Working with me is straightforward. No unattended sends, no polish standing in for proof, and a straight answer if I don't think I can help. Tell me where your time goes and I'll take a proper look myself.
You can also find me on LinkedIn, where I post the builds as they ship.
